Enhancing New Student Experience through In-Person New Student Orientations
The purpose of this assessment was to evaluate how EMCC’s in‑person New Student Orientation (NSO) model builds new student campus engagement, confidence, and readiness. By offering full, mini, and Spanish‑language NSOs, EMCC aims to create an inclusive onboarding experience that connects students with resources, peer leaders, and advisors.
